Shipping to Israel — Temporarily Suspended
We regret to inform you that shipping to Israel has been temporarily suspended effective immediately.
Why is shipping suspended?
Due to ongoing airspace disruptions in the Middle East region, no international carriers are currently accepting shipments destined for Israel. This affects all postal and courier services we use, and is not specific to Sierra Pet Meds — it is a region-wide carrier restriction.
What does this mean for you?
- New orders cannot be shipped to an Israeli address at this time.
- Orders already in transit to Israel before the suspension are not affected and will continue to be delivered, though delays are possible.
- Orders not yet shipped with an Israeli delivery address will be held until shipping resumes, or you may request a refund.
What are we doing about it?
We are actively monitoring the situation and are in regular contact with our shipping partners. As soon as carriers confirm they are accepting shipments to Israel again, we will reinstate shipping immediately and update this page.
What can you do in the meantime?
- Ship to an alternative address — If you have a friend, family member, or forwarding service in another country we ship to, you can place your order using that address.
