My Friend Ordered - Why Didn't I Get My Referral Points?

When do my rewards points expire?

Your rewards points will expire after 12 months of inactivity. This means if you haven't earned or redeemed any points within a continuous 1-year period, your points balance will reset to zero.

To help you avoid losing your points, we'll always send reminder emails:

- 30 days before your points are set to expire
- 2 days before your final chance to use them
